RESPONSIBILITY FOR EACH TEAM.

• Executive team
  -They have to make sure that they supervise all activity based region and receive the report to each team as the proposal to their workability
  -Each one must be able to work in a team for cooperating to one another also to give the best through activeness of the performance to any activity.
  -Bold enough to speak of the Ministries elsewhere and influence people to the positive direction of changes.
  -Perform other task as directed by the Regional Director and also National Leaders.
  -Take responsibility even though has not being delegated by the Regional Director whenever and whatever as possible.
  -Inform to each other effectively the current activities to be done also be read to take charge at any time without excuses.
  -Cooperation with the Founder and National Leaders is important to increase the level of understanding also team spirit among them.
  -Be ready to correct with the proper solution immediately after discover the loopholes anywhere.  
• Finance and Resources team
  -To ensure they are capable and skilful to manage the productivity of our resources and give out the best ideas to ensure the increase in this aspect.
  -To work as a team to make sure that their ideas are one without collision to increase the performance and also the productivity.
  -To follow up the monthly contribution to the members, leaders and friends in various places and deposit it to the regional account.
  -This team will be leaded under the Regional Treasurer who will give out the best solutions to implement also assign the rest for accountability.
  -They have to make sure the account is open also the clear report for credit and debit is kept for the easiest writing of the report.
  -They have to select the best ideas and project to be done by the region so that to increase the capital of the stock and also to ensure the running of the ministry is going well and trustful.
  -Writing the report of all financial aspect and then to be submitted to the Executive team for re-check-up and compile it read to be forwarded to the national cabinet.
  -The people who give the monthly contribution faithfully should be awarded a receipt whereby is the task for this team to make sure that all the contributors are receiving their receipt.
  -Bold enough to speak of the ministries elsewhere and also find new friends who willingly will support the ministry to perform its function of reaching out the Youth with different categories and transform them to the alien to the Gospel. 
  -The team must cooperate with National Leaders like National Treasurer and Resource Mobilization Officer to make sure that they get updates from the Nation to the new responsibility or/and kind of activity to perform.
• Prayer and Weekly Devotion Team
     -They have to make sure that Prayer points are structured and people pray effectively also to emphasize people to pray without delaying on the day of prayer which is Wednesday.
     -The national day for prayer must be obeyed and also leaders and members should pray as it is required.
     -Inform people when there is an emergency needing of prayer and encourage them to pray.
     -Post prayer points every Tuesday for region and Thursday for the nation through text, groups also to the blog.
     -Prayer points in the blog and groups will be posted by social Media’s team so they have to be informed early.
     -Cooperate with the executive to make sure they get updated news and points for prayer.
     -Every Saturday for an hour from 09pm-10pm we will have a bible discussion (in the WhatsApp group) called Weekly Devotion were by the topic will be prepared by this team and be posted with cooperation with BSMT every Monday to the people so that they will be prepared.
• Blog and Social Media Team
  -To make sure they update the Blog of the group on time to different activities that is happening in the region.
  -They make sure they provide education on the correct ways of using all kind of social Medias like WhatsApp groups and the blog.
  -They have to take pictures on different activities or sessions that may take place regional wise and post to the group or the Blog as directed by the Executive team.
  -They should have an ability to work on team with cooperation and discipline.
  -For any serious case before being exposed to the media should be consult the Executive team.
  -To cooperate with the Prayer and Weekly Devotion team to make sure that Prayer points are posted to the group and the blog likewise  Devotion topic.
  -Having links with the National leaders like Chief information officer ad Planning officer to ensure that they don’t contradict in terms of information also planning for the region.
  -Every month a budget of 1o thousand will be given to this team for make sure that they run their job safety with accuracy.
  -Bold enough to speak and design different unique tips for the ministries and pictured gospel message.
• Charity and Social Activity Team
  -Team Spirit is highly emphasized in each team for the better performance of the ministry and the respective team
  -Design Charity activities to be done per term plus places to reach plus a clear budget needed to accomplish the task.
  -Reaching out to different groups of needs and evaluate real kind of help that will be sufficient to them to be provided and per which time.
  -Design special activities that will rise the fund of the region to ensure we reach out to the people with needs and provide to them with cooperation to the Finance team.
  -Create projects that will be either long term or short term involving charity or other aspect of aids.
  -Bold enough to speak of the ministries in out and the kind work we as the ministries performing to the level of the region.
  -Perform other activities as directed by the Executive team or Kingdom Charity Coordinator. 
  -Keeping the record of all that have been reached by the ministry for future reference.
  
  

• Projects and Mission Team

-Organize the projects to be done by the ministry regional wise and select people to take over                 on them under their supervision.

-In collaboration with the National Projects Manager to inform what projects is going on in our Region also share experience and skills to any possible means on how to run them.

-Extract mission trips for the gospel and other ministry activities to be done anywhere else.

- Write all the projects in paper so that it might be easy for the future reference.

-Propose the possible sources of fund to run our projects and let it known by other leaders for accurate implementation.

-Also to prepare some projects to be run by other collaborators in or outside the ministries and measure its achievability with share.
